Permanently delete archived round?

This removes the round from every round list and permanently deletes its player responses, guests, comments and groupings. It cannot be undone through the app.

Member records and sign-in accounts are not deleted. The deletion log and past email-delivery records are retained. Previously sent emails cannot be recalled. No email will be sent by deleting a round.

Napkin Holder

The Napkin Holder organizes the round, picks who plays together and chooses the Game(s) to be played.

Who’s in / Who’s out

Arranged groupings

Players start in the order they join the round. The Napkin Holder can swap players and save the groupings.

Organizer changes synchronize with the shared group.

Tee times

Every 9 minutes from 8:00 AM to 5:54 PM, plus 6:00 PM.

Choose the RSVP cutoff date and time. It must be before the first tee time.

The organizer can edit this round, handle late RSVP changes, arrange groups, and send updates.

A new round never sends email automatically. After saving, you can choose to review an invitation.

Change a player after the deadline

Archived rounds

Archived rounds retain their responses, guests, comments, and groupings. An administrator can archive cancelled rounds or rounds whose playing date has passed.

Invite Guest

Guests count toward the player limit. If the round is full, the guest joins the waiting list instead of being confirmed.

Add Player

Add a player to the shared group roster. An administrator can link their account later.

Existing roster members are considered active unless marked Inactive. This setting controls invitations only, not login access.

Stops invitations and player updates, including copies to a shared inbox. Login and round participation stay unchanged. Golf Pro groupings still include this player.

Choose Napkin Holder

Choose a group member with an active account, including someone who isn’t playing.

Arrange groups

Choose a name in any slot to swap those two players. Only confirmed players appear, with everyone included once.

Shuffle confirmed players without considering handicaps.

Would you like to invite the active members by email?

Review the invitation first. Nothing is sent automatically, and delivery remains disabled until the email setup is ready.

Active roster members with valid email addresses are included, even without a login, unless omitted from golf emails. Guests and omitted shared inboxes are excluded. Each recipient receives a separate email; addresses are not shared.
